Priority Sustainable Solutions LLC is a for-profit consulting firm firmly committed to its non-profit roots - making an impact and furthering positive change that supports more effective and sustainable terrorism prevention, in addition to offering paid services.
In this vision, Priority Sustainable Solutions LLC continues to engage local actors, continuing Palacios' work since 2020, to make effective work of local actors operating in terrorism landscapes more visible.
The firm welcomes partnerships and funding that may support the West Africa, Nigeria, or Kenya Priority Sustainable Civil Society Working Groups further connect with local and national governance and further existing prevention and countering terrorism and violent extremism strategies. This initiative has not in the past and is not receiving any funding as of October, 2025.
Since 2022 Tammy Palacios has led two working groups of over 20 civil society organizations across West Africa, Nigeria, and Kenya with local co-leads. This follows Palacios' mapping of over 500 civil society organizations across Africa, hundreds of in-person and virtual interviews, and continued connections, inspired by Tammy's role as Team Lead of MENA Research at the Think Tanks and Civil Societies Project (TTCSP) before Dr. McGann's passing in 2021.
